Backstage LITE

Capture every sale.
No printer required.

Stop watching video receipts at 2 AM trying to figure out who bought Random Pull #52. Backstage Lite watches the show with you, grabs the buyer's name and handle the second they win, snaps a screenshot of the moment, and hands you a printable manifest when you say "done."

…and the same win drops into the feed on the left.

Without Backstage Lite

You finish the show. Then the real work starts.

📼

Watching video receipts

You re-watch your own stream over and over, pairing every item number with the right buyer before you can start packing.

🏷️

Handwritten chaos

Number tags, masking tape, sticky notes — whatever's nearest. By hour three you're deciphering "BIN 11 — jackie_blu?" and two stickers are stuck to the cat.

🔀

The matching game

Show ends, and you cross-reference every handle to every order to every bin before you can even start packing. An hour minimum, usually more.

"Wait, who got that?"

Halfway through the pile, a tag's fallen off an item — and now you're scrambling to figure out whose bin it belongs to before your next show.

Backstage Lite does the watching so you can do the selling.

Everything Lite does, automatically

No extra clicks during the show. No buttons to babysit. It just watches.

1

Buyer name auto-capture

When a sale fires, Backstage grabs the @handle and the buyer's first name. Thank Jackie by name instead of @m_buyer_88.

  • BIN, auction, flash sale — all auto-attributed
  • Repeat buyers get a REPEAT IN SHOW badge instantly
  • Buyer history persists across shows — recognize regulars without checking DMs
2

Screenshot of every sale — no more video receipts

Every captured sale pins a thumbnail from the moment it fired. When a buyer DMs "is that the navy one?", click the card — instant proof, no scrubbing.

  • Pulled from the actual livestream frame, not the listing photo
  • Pinned next to each sale card in the Live Feed
  • Stored locally — nothing uploads, nothing slows you down
3

Tips & raids tracked

"🎁 Tipped $5" turns into a card. "Raiding with a party of 47" turns into a card. You'll never miss a tip or fail to thank a raider again.

  • Tip cards show buyer + amount, ready to total
  • Raid cards show streamer + viewer count
  • Goes into the post-show PDF as its own section
4

Live Co-Pilot

A quiet nudge as you sell — Co-Pilot reads your momentum and surfaces a tip when it matters: "Momentum high — keep similar items flowing" or "Lull — try a flash sale".

  • Reads real-time sale velocity — never spams
  • Quiet during giveaways & raids
  • Works across Lite, iOS & Studio
5

End-of-show PDFs — manifest + bin labels

One click ends the show and hands you a printable manifest PDF — every buyer, every bin, every item, totals. Plus blank bin label PDFs for any printer (or thermal, if you have one).

  • Manifest: grouped by bin, sorted in pull order, ready to share
  • Bin labels: 5 formats — generic letter, Avery 5160 / 5163, thermal 4×6 / 2×1
  • Save the PDF the way you'd save a receipt — emailed to yourself, dropped in a folder, done
Backstage LIVE · add-on

Add printing.
Every sale prints its own label.

Lite already hands you manifest + bin-label PDFs. Add Backstage Live and each win auto-prints a bin label — silently, the second it lands, straight to your thermal printer. No clicking print, no separate print server.

  • Silent auto-print · one bin label per buyer
  • Optional item labels with PENDING flags
  • 4×6 and 2×1 thermal sizes · macOS
  • Works with the printer you already have (Rollo, Munbyn, Rongta…)

FAQ

Do I need a thermal printer to use Lite?

No — that's the whole point. Lite captures sales and produces PDFs you can print on any home/office printer (or save and reference digitally). When you outgrow that and want labels printing automatically, upgrade to Backstage Studio.

How long does my beta access last?

Lite is in private beta. Each access code unlocks a 7-day trial from the day you activate it. When your trial ends, the activation gate reappears — email [email protected] and we'll bump your code with more time. (We won't surprise-charge you — paid plans aren't live yet.)

Can I upgrade to iOS or Studio later?

Yes. Your access code carries over — request an invite on /ios and the founder will hand-onboard you (Studio is coming soon — get notified at /studio). Install the bigger app, remove Lite, and your buyer history follows you.

How is this different from Whatnot's built-in tools?

Whatnot's seller dashboard is great for running the show, but it doesn't follow you to the packing room. Lite produces a printable manifest the moment you finish capturing — no spreadsheet exports, no copy/paste, no "wait, who bought lot 12?" the next morning.
