Nothing is being captured, or sales stopped

Nothing captured at all

• Did you press Start? Backstage never captures on its own.
• On the Start card, did the Show line name your show?
• Does the panel say JUST TESTING? Then it's a test run and nothing is saved.
• In Chrome, open the show from your seller dashboard, in the same window as the panel.

Sales stopped partway through

• Usually you've raided out, and Whatnot is now showing someone else's show. End your show; start again if you're going back on.
• In Chrome, you can reload the Whatnot tab. Nothing already captured is lost.
• Missed some sales? Use Catch up.

"Backstage lost internet"

In Chrome, a yellow bar across the top of your Whatnot tab means your computer's internet dropped. Your show is still live. Check your Wi-Fi and keep the computer awake. When it's back, a green Back online bar tells you how many sales it caught up. Sales caught up this way don't get a photo.

"A note from Backstage"

Sometimes we send you a short message at the top of the panel or app, headed A note from Backstage. Close it with × once you've read it (an urgent one stays up).
